Folders
Meetings group two ways: by what KIND of meeting they are (each card says how it decided) and by series. Open a folder to see just those reports.
Insights
What all your meetings add up to — time spent, actions produced, and where the hours go.
Capture
Meetings arrive on their own every few minutes. These buttons are for pulling sooner or adding one by hand.

Pull from Teams
Checks your team’s meetings right now instead of waiting for the automatic sweep.
Record a meeting
Capture a meeting hosted by anyone — no Microsoft app, no admin permission, any host. When you press Start, Chrome or Edge asks you to share a screen or tab: pick the meeting window or tab and tick “Share tab audio” (or “Share system audio”) before you choose it — without that there is nothing to transcribe. We keep only the audio; no video is ever recorded or uploaded. Recording works only while this tab stays open, and the recap has no speaker names (system audio carries none) — the same limit as an uploaded recording.

Upload a recording or transcript
A recording someone shared, a Zoom or Meet export, a phone recording — or a .vtt/.txt transcript. Audio and video are transcribed here; a transcript becomes a report directly. This is the way in for meetings hosted by another company, whose transcripts Teams will never give us.
Scan Downloads
Picks up transcript files saved to your Downloads folder in the last 48 hours.
Rebuild recaps
Re-writes summaries, topics, and action items for any report whose recap failed or is out of date. Never re-downloads anything.
When an Anthropic key runs out of credit, recaps quietly fall back to the local model — nothing fails, so a normal rebuild leaves them alone. Once the key has credit again, this rewrites those with the better model. It checks the API answers first, and never touches a recap Claude already wrote.
Integrations
Where SONAR gets meetings from and what runs the intelligence.
Calendar
Every captured meeting, laid out by day. Days with reports carry a dot per meeting — click one to see that day’s reports.
Upcoming
What’s on the calendar next, and whether SONAR will pick it up. Read-only — nothing here schedules, joins, or declines anything.
How it works
What SONAR does with a meeting once it ends, what ends up in a report, who can see it — and the things it deliberately will not do.
Account settings
Your account, how meetings are captured and transcribed, and — for admins — who can see what.
